Vermont Train Schedule
We have trips planned for 2013 at all three of our locations: 1 Main Street Burlington, 102 Railroad Row in White River Junction, and 54 Depot Street in Bellows Falls. These trips run at different times throughout the year. Please see our ride descriptions below and check back often for updates.

FROM BURLINGTON-CHAMPLAIN VALLEY FLYER:
5/12/13 Mother’s Day Brunch
Ride the Champlain Valley Flyer from the Burlington waterfront to Middlebury’s Fire and Ice Restaurant. We depart at Noon and will travel through the Champlain Valley countryside on a 1.25 hour trip to Middlebury. We disembark just across the street from the Fire and Ice Restaurant. A short walk will deliver us to the door for a wonderful meal celebrating Mother’s Day. Entertainment, cash bar, train ride and brunch. Enjoy coffee and dessert on board on the return trip.
After a 1.5 hour layover, we will travel back to Burlington. Total trip is 4 hours. Boarding begins at 11:15 am at 1 Main Street Burlington Vermont. This trip is not wheelchair accessible.

7/3/13 Fireworks Burlington
Beat the traffic and ride to the fireworks on Burlington Waterfront. We depart Charlotte at 5:30, 6:45, and 8:00, and return after the fireworks at 10:30. Ticket purchases are available online and at our ticket location at Ice Cream Bob’s across from Echo on the bike path. Reservations are highly recommended, however we will have tickets available on site at the boarding locations. Departure times shown are for Charlotte. You can plan on being in Shelburne approximately 15 minutes after the published times, and South Burlington shortly thereafter. This train is not handicap accessible.

July and August Dinner and Entertainment Trains
Starting July 6 we will offer dinner trains on Saturdays: July 6 and 20, August 3 and 17
On the alternate Saturdays we offer an entertainment train: July 13 and 27, August 10 and 24
Ticket purchases are available online and at our ticket location at Ice Cream Bob’s across from Echo on the bike path.
The dinner train offers a scenic ride through the Champlain Valley beginning at Burlington waterfront at 1 Main Street departing at 4:30 pm. Enjoy a cash bar and live entertainment as the train travels south to Middlebury where we will disembark, eat dinner at the Fire and Ice Restaurant. After filling our bellies, we board for a ride back to Burlington. Dessert and coffee are available for the return trip. Cash bar and entertainment will be available during the train ride in both directions. Travel time to Middlebury 1.25 hours, dinner and re-boarding 1.5 hours, ride back to Burlington 1.25 hours. Plan on 4 hours for this trip.

The entertainment train offers a scenic ride through the Champlain Valley beginning at Burlington waterfront at 1 Main Street. This trip departs at 7 pm and returns at 10 pm. Live entertainment will be offered and different venues will make each trip fun, different, and definitely entertaining. Light snacks will be available on board.

6/01/13 Farm Way
Come celebrate the Farm Way Customer Appreciation Day with shopping, food, entertainment, and a Train Ride. Offering one hour round trips starting at 10:00 am. Trips depart in Bradford at Farm Way every hour and a half. Trips at: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm. . Tickets available on line or at Farm Way.
Adults and Children: $12.00. Ages 2 and under are free
6/16/13 Father’s Day
Ride the White River Flyer from 102 Railroad Row in White River Junction, Vermont along the Connecticut River to Cedar Circle Farm in Thetford. Depart at 11:00 am one hour journey north will deliver us to the farm where a berry brunch is served. You can take this train to the farm and have brunch on your own or pre-order with your tickets. The farm has a café and great food available on a first come first serve basis. Pre-ordering will guarantee your breakfast. This train is not handicap accessible.
Take this opportunity to gift Dad with the spectacular brunch he deserves - prepared by farm staff and their dads! Featuring strawberries, farm-made pancakes, Hogwash Farm sausage, farm-fresh eggs, coffee, tea, and more. Eat and enjoy live music. Enjoy free wagon rides to and from the pick-your-own berry patch. SUMMER Regular Schedule 7/25 thru August 29 departs at noon WR on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays to Thetford-Ride the train for a two and a half hour round-trip to Thetford and back. This trip departs from 102 Railroad Row White River Junction Vermont. Departs at noon and proceeds to Cedar Circle Farm (visit: www.cedarcirlcefarm.org) in Thetford for a half hour layover. We do make a brief stop at the Montshire Museum on out way to Thetford. The museum is a hands-on science museum and offers a wide variety of experiences inside and out. Visit www.montshire.org for additional details. Show your train ticket and receive admission discount. If you stop at the museum, arrival 12:15 pm, you will re-board for travel back to White River Junction at 2:15. Your arrival back in White River is 2:30. You can also board from the museum at 12:15 pm, travel to Cedar Circle Farm and return to the museum at 2:15 pm. On Thursdays we will offer beer and wine tasting events on the train. You can take the ride with or without the tasting.

Tasting trains: Add $17.50 per ticket, please specify beer or wine when ordering tickets.

September 20, 2013 Friday 11:30 and 2:30 with Bonnie and Clyde
October 1 through October 25, 2013 for 11:30 and 2:30 departures Tuesday and Friday.
October 12, 2013 IT'S BACK! The Rutland Limited Train. Departs Bellows Falls for an all day trip to Rutland and back.
